Overall It Has been a Good Experience

I am happy with the service provided by Y-Axis. I have come back to Y-Axis for the second time for assistance in obtaining a visa. I have succeeded both the times. Overall it has been a good experience though I had my share of trouble with chasing people, and escalating indifference and lethargies several times. Understandably not everyone in the team is customer centric or efficient, but I would like to thank Prachy Sahay from the sales team who has been very helpful even when I had trouble with the team in their back office.

Also I would thank Swathi Sripada, my consultant during WES assessment and the last few months, who was very customer centric and efficient in getting back to me with all my questions and/or concerns.
