Y-Axis team is helping me with Australian PR processing. My EOI was submitted last evening. My experience has been satisfactory so far even though there were few stumbles to begin with, but my concerns were looked at promptly by Mr. Suraj. Appreciate it! My process consultant Mr. Pavan is polite and approachable. He has been prompt in responding to queries. I hope the execution promptness is improved with minimal follow-ups in the next stage.
