Hello Sunil sir,

This is Anisha, from the Y-Axis batch that began on the 30th of August (9-10:30 pm). Hope you're doing well. I took my IELTS test on the 13th of this month and received my score today.

I scored an overall band score of 8 and the breakup is as follows –

Listening:   9.0

Reading:   8.5

Speaking and writing - 7.5 each

When it came to writing, I didn't get the time to complete my letter as I went a little overboard with my essay writing. The fact that I haven't really practiced writing on paper was also a problem, but I think I'm happy with the score. As for speaking, I know my vocabulary was fine but I guess the pace of my speech was probably a bit too fast and I did hesitate a lot more than I usually do due to nerves!

Thanks for the coaching you provided which really helped me out! Now we're just hoping for the best with the rest of our process and hope this works out for us :)
