She is having a very good knowledge on the process. She has cleared all my doubts and communicated clearly about the documents required for processing. One good thing that I really liked is, she communicates the status of the process regularly and responds immediately to my calls and mails. With her support I cleared the ACS approval within 5 days after document submission and currently I am preparing to clear English test. Hope the same support continues until I get the PR.
