My Overall Experience With Y-Axis Has been Pleasant

My overall experience with Y-Axis has been pleasant. To be fair I have had my ups & downs in the process. However, on raising the issues, they were very responsive and provided me with perfect solutions to meet my expectations, which is why I rate them 5 star. My Process Consultant for the Canadian PR was initially Priyanka and as I requested someone more experienced to take the lead & drive the process, I was re-assigned to Arijit Das. Both have been good and polite. Arijit has handled my queries and situations at very stressful times in a very calm and efficient manner. He always found solutions to my setbacks, he kept his word and came back on-time in an organised manner.
