I Approached this consultancy to apply for Canada PR.I would like to thank Ramya for helping out in getting the PR. This review is not for Y-Axis but for Ramya Sree from Somajiguda and Anil Kumar V Jubliee Hills branch who helped me out well and used to follow up real good about the status of the process. I will surely recommend them for the Canada PR process. After several change of process consultant due to lack of their knowledge and inability to guide, getting Ramya Sree as a process consultant was a great relief. She was very supportive and helpful with all the documentation and other procedures. She always demonstrated her readiness to help with the process with patience. She has lot of knowledge about the process and Incase if she was not sure, Ramya used to get prompt response from her seniors or leads I believe. So far I interacted with 8 members and I felt that RamyaSree and Anil Kumar V from Jubliee hills are the only two people who were customer oriented, pleasant and responsible.
