Y-Axis Employees are Doing a Great Job

I am currently using the Y-Axis consultancy services for immigration to Canada under the new "Express Entry Program". This review is purely for the consulting support I received from Y-Axis in terms of their performance and follow-up. As I am currently working abroad, it is impossible for me to follow up on the numerous procedures required for PR applications. My process consultant Ms. Sri Vyshnavi Oruganti understood my situation and supported me in an excellent way. She respected the time difference and always kept me up to date with the developments of my application. As a process consultant, she guided me through the procedures, estimates of timing and preparation times for relevant documents. This is what one could expect from a good process consultant and I am happy with that. The only complaint I have is the complexity of procedures at Y-Axis, as a consulting company. There are just too many formalities to cover internally at Y-Axis. This could sometimes affect the client's application timing. This ofcourse could be explained by the fact that Y-Axis is a large company. Procedures are important for securing the company's image. However, my recommendation is that your main priority should be the client's application processing and if needed, at times you should allow some flexibility in internal rules to prioritize the rigid immigration rules. In spite of this, Y-Axis and it's employees are doing a great job and they know what they are doing!
