My dealing with Y-Axis has been amazing right from the start. I went in for an introduction session where they were very patient and informative about the various options as well as the benefits and advantages of the Visa process for multiple countries. Once I registered for the service, Madhulatha B. was my point of contact and was very well versed with the entire process of application. From explaining the various procedures to defining a checklist and being totally thorough with followups and reminders, Madhulatha ensured I was always getting the documents required in the right format and in time. What I must give Madhulatha credit for is the patience she handled my case with. There were times when I had doubts about whether the application would be successful, but Madhulatha also effortlessly took over the role as counselor and ensured I was completely informed about the process and the status at all times.
