Both my sister and I have dealt with Y-Axis. Though we had certain apprehensions, in the beginning, our fears were laid to rest first by Shilpa (who is absolutely fantastic) and then by our respective consultants. My consultant Surekha is without a doubt the most efficient of the lot. From following up with me on a bi-weekly basis to putting up with my tantrums she has reaffirmed by belief in customer service.
