Jyothi was always available on phone and and would reply my emails in earnest. Due to the nature of process I had to collect documentation from various sources and had to apply within 20 days . This left very little time for us to verify and spot any mistakes . Jyothi took this pressure of us and this meant we could plan on securing the documents. Her tips proved very valuable and I would definitely recommend her for any visa related work.
