Hi Teena   We have come a long way when I am writing this email to thank you immensely for all your support.   I still remember when you called us in May 2010 , when we thought that all is lost in our PR case for Australia,after a negative ACS reply. You took over our case at this juncture and turned it completely in our favour. It was difficult to believe your words that "everything will be OK" then, but I am very happy that we did exactly as you guided us in this case.   As I have already told you, me and my husband truly appriciate your help in our case. We have found you very supportive, approachable and throughly knowledgeable in your work. You actually gave us out of the box ideas to progress in our case and turn it into a success for us.   Keep up your efficient working style and I am very sure that it will help many others like us.
