I Would Like to Thank Y-Axis For their Great Services

Review By: Pavandeep Singh Sahni. I had a very nice experience whilst engaging Y-Axis for securing my Canadian PR visa through the express entry system. My process consultant was Naresh Kumar Saya from Hyderabad and he was very helpful right from the outset of the process till the time I got my visa. Right from preparing my ECA to documentation to medical tests to entry in to the pool to getting the ITA to uploading of necessary documents, Naresh was there for me at every step to explain things in detail. He would also be there to clear all my different kind of doubts at any given point of time even if they were asked repeatedly. He was patient and handled the situations very well and kept assuring me that all will be fine. I would like to thank him for all his efforts and help in due course of securing the PR visa. One piece of feedback I would like to give him for further improvement will be to develop more detailed knowledge of the processes as sometimes he would need to speak to his superiors and give me answers. If he picks up these little details, he will stand to perform even better in his role. Finally I would like to thank him and Y-Axis for their great service and will surely refer them to my family and friends in the future!!!!!
