I Am Sure Your Team Will Bring Smile On Many Faces Like Mine

Dear Afzal,

I am writing this mail to express my heartfelt thanks for all the help you have extended while processing my visa application for Australia.
I remember i started the process on 16th December 2013 and consultant assigned to me was Ravi Teja. After few interactions with him, I was told that you (Afzal) will be in charge of my case. Honestly i was not sure how this hands off will take place. I had lot of doubts as to will i have to explain every thing right from the scratch? But now i can happily say that you proved my doubts wrong at all times.

During the course of these 8-9 months, not even once I have experienced that you were not cooperative or not supportive. I also would like to thank Umakanth and Annie for there help during the course.
I am sure you and your team will bring smile on many faces like mine.
