I underwent English training for PTE Academic Exam under Swatee Mam. It was a 4-weekend course delivered online. Right from Day1 Mam connected well with our batch and was very interactive. She is an ideal trainer who understood our needs, evaluated our strengths and weaknesses, and guided us all through the 4 weeks of training. She has clearly explained the exam structure and each activity within the exam and the marks for each section. She explained the concepts well and helped us to get better by doing a lot of exercises as part of the class and gave her immediate feedback. She also helped us understand the areas in that we need to focus on and practice. Though the class was online not even a single moment we feel it like a distance course. Her knowledge and experience in the subject and training helped me immensely throughout the program.
