Hi Meena,

This e-mail is my feedback/observations of the Y-Axis IELTS online sessions I attended during the month of January 2018. And since IELTS exam has a letter writing task, I have tried to write it in that format.

For a course of a short duration of four weeks, the most important element I believe is the teacher. And I must say Meena, you have done a fantastic job in covering all four parts of the exam clearly. Even though we had a rough start due to technical difficulties, your calm and composed approach made the flow of sessions effortless and covered everything adeptly. Additionally, you were also encouraging everybody to participate actively, while also clearing their doubts effectively.

The second important element of the course is the LMS contents. Y-Axis coaching website has really good content. Each section of IELTS exam is explained adequately with tip and tricks as well as good examples. Sufficient number of sample tests were also provided for practice. There is only one suggestion I would like to make. If Y-Axis can add a facility to evaluate the speaking tests, it would be a value add to LMS with a grading system for speaking tests.
