The process consultant, Mr. Naresh Pawar, is very helpful and is there to answer any query or to guide for any step that needs to be taken. The phone calls are always attended promptly and in case the consultant is no available, I have always received a call back from him. This is really high from a customer satisfaction perspective. Hope to see that the level of service is maintained in future too.
