I had three webinar sessions prior to my IELTS exam with Miss Janet. During those sessions, she taught me enough tricks to reduce my errors. She even conducted mock tests of various sections to see how I scored.

When I wrote letters and essays to improve my writing and sent it to her mail, she would reply the same day with corrections. She even replied to the various questions I asked, no matter how silly they were. I scored a 7.5 overall in my IELTS.
