Our Consultant Sharmila Christy was very patient and guided us rightly through the entire Canada Express Entry process. Apart from a few glitches (nothing major) during the submission of our application after receiving the ITA, it was a smooth ride. She helped us get all our paper work arranged in the right manner. One thing that I appreciate about Sharmila is that she is very accurate about the time frame a stage will take. On 3 instances (Medical Results, Time taken for completion of Verification by CIC, Time taken for call for passports and passport stamping) she was right about the time frame needed for all. We confidently tell our friends that we couldn't have done this work without the help of Y-axis. Plus the service charges are also lesser than other Consultants (have checked with my friends).
