Canada PR: Nothing Is Impossible With Y-Axis Services

Dear Mr. Paul, my sincere apologies for the delay in sending this email which has been long pending.
The journey of my Permanent Residency Visa of Canada would not have been complete without writing this letter of appreciation to you Mr. Paul Michael & your team. Not to forget Mr.Yaseen too. I still remember the first time when I spoke to you in May 2013 after my brother Shelton had spoken to you. Yes Mr. Paul I cannot forget that assurance given by you, nothing is impossible with Y-Axis. Definitely and sure enough your constant endeavor and strong backing has reaped huge dividends. You assured me that definitely I will get my PR visa where I was not even remotely confident due to a few complications.
I had put in my application for permanent residency to Canada about a year ago and I have been recently granted a PR Visa by the CIC, New Delhi
My contact point for the entire immigration process was Mr. Paul Michael, Immigration Consultant and Mr. Srikanth Arveti, Process Consultant. I would like to express my gratitude for all the efforts put in by them to make this a success. They have been instrumental in making this happen by providing excellent advice, timely execution of all required papers/guidance in each process and their pro-active approach during the entire process. He is no longer a part of the Y Axis team but was a phone call away if I needed any assurances on my case for any reason.
He was more than a brother to me and whenever, I would loose my cool, he would calm me down and give an assurance, to wait patiently, since we are almost nearing completion of our goal. The overall professionalism shown by your team was exceptional from the very first day. You had screened all my documents and informed me well in advance if my profile would be eligible for getting a PR. Every step, you had guided me with the next step I need to follow. I can remember, at one point of time, I also lost some hope, but it was indeed your professional service which made it happened.
