All the process consultants have been co-operative and efficient in processing the overall immigration channel. The current process Consultant Srilatha has been very co-operative in processing my request and sharing accurate time lines around the processing of the Visa at each stage. However I was not very impressed with the local office at Andheri, as when I had registered at the Sales office here, there was a certain discount offered to me, however the sales consultant did quit her job at a later date and there was no ways to verify that information. Its a lot more easier to deal with the processing office at Hyderabad than with the local sales offices. Overall I'd easily recommend Y-axis to any one looking to migrate, with an advise to ensure any committments given by the sales office before you lock the deal with them to be taken on Email from the sales consultant, so you do have a point of reference at a later date.
