Excellent services and guidance! Highly recommend them! My agent: Rekha Visa type: Canadian PR My story in detail: For Canadian immigration, I had initially hired an agent in a different agency. But that agent was not knowledgeable at all and in fact steered us wrong with wrong information, due to which our application was delayed by more than 6 months. Needless to say, they lacked required competence and professionalism. Fast forward, I approached Y-axis and right from receptionist to counsellor to immigration specialist to anyone I came in contact with were very professional, polite and knowledgeable of the process. When I finally started the process with them, I came to know that so much of my documentation was incomplete as previous agent was useless and didn't tell us anything right. With Y-axis, I noticed one thing that they would ask for extra documentation in anticipation than wait to be surprised. I actually appreciate that because even though doing more paperwork can be a pain, but it is beneficial in the long run and my agent more than prepared me for any situation that may arise. Even though pandemic delayed the process by 2 years, Rekha kept in touch with me throughout the period. She always updated me with new info and also kept check if any response came from Canada. I appreciate her efforts in the dire times of 2020-21. She gave me hope! There were a few hiccups in my application process but she helped to resolve it. For the package I had taken with them, they even provided post-landing services for free. It shows how much they have thought things through and I appreciate them for that.
