Marina Fernandez talks about her experience with Y-Axis

I write this as my personal experience to rate the services of Y-axis. This is something I should have done long ago but better late than never. Canada was my dream and I always wanted to move to this country and did not know where to start, that was when my search for a consultant happened. The process was simple and easy but I just needed that expert advice and someone with a history of doing immigration work to help me. While I was in two kinds on taking up a consultant I went ahead and did the IELTS and WES myself. Little did I know the documents and documentation was going to be a task. Not for a fact we could not get the documents but talk about submitting the wrong document and waiting to hear back and then correct it. This process alone could take 3 months and in no way was I wanting to waste time. We approached Y-axis and we had Roohi guide us and help us take the skills assessment test to confirm that we could have a chance of coming to Canada... The process started and payments were made, many were assigned to me but none like Mr. Deepesh Mohan Lal, the best person to have done all my paper work. No only was he well versed with the process but he handled every task with ease and precision, he knew the process well and if one thing did not work out we always have an array of options to choose from. We had unlimited support and followup from Deepesh, extremely responsive and always there to clarify and answer the same doubts a hundred times.... Patience being his utmost virtue and his communication of course gave us confidence in ourselves. Covid affected us and we could not travel for a year and even during that time Deepesh would constantly follow up with helping us enquire about the possibilities of reaching Canada. In the midst of the pandemic also their service was incredible and nothing seemed to hinder them. Hats off to you guys!! Today I can proudly say I landed Canada during the pandemic all safe and sound and all my paper work intact, thanks to the help of Deepesh who managed our process and ensured we made it to Canadian soil Dear Deepesh you hold a special place in our hearts for going through this journey with us.
