I should have sent it to you a long time ago but I was caught up in too many things that I almost forgot to appreciate how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable you've been in whole of my Australian PR process. Now thanks giving being just around the corner, when I began reflecting on whom all should I be thanking this year, your name comes first outside my circle of friends and family. Now that I got my permanent residency, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your diligent followups, for correcting my wrong expectations of processes, setting right my expectations of timelines and a big thank you for not being a mere salesman but a sincere friend. If I chose Y-axis it is only because of your professionalism and truly caring for my interests. Again, as you know, I also am going through the PR process for Canada and needless to say, that I reached out to you first and for a good reason. Thank you very much for all you've done. Regards Ram
