The staff at Y-Axis is well trained and they take prompt actions to address the concerns raised by clients. The process was well explained and is carried out in same planned manner. They provide proper guidance, accurate information and show highest level of professionalism. My experience with Y-Axis has been great so far. My Process Consultant Madhulatha B has been very helpful, patient and supportive.She is approachable at all times and is very prompt and encouraging in her response. She did a close followup for ACS documentation which is really appreciable.I got positive ACS result and the credit goes to Madhulatha B who ensured and managed all the necessary documents for ACS submission.The most important part is , at times I could be busy , but she would continuously follow up with me in order to complete the process in time. This shows her dedication towards her work.I hope to complete the PR process positively in time, and really appreciate Y-Axis for their guidance and support.
