Joshila.....I take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart for working with me on filing my visa. There have been times where I kept on calling you for the smallest of the smallest things during my process and response from you has always been great..... I still remember your words of encouragement that you told me when I dint get desired score on my IELTS......with your words of encouragement I went for the 2nd attempt and I was successful.
