I am very happy to say that without your help and suggestion in processing the application for PR, we would not get the Visa and it’s time to brief your Outstanding performance about the knowledge , customer skills and decision making in time.
Job technical knowledge:
As a process consultant for Canada immigration, started my documentation and process work from 2nd July 2013. You demonstrated outstanding working skills exceeding expectations, thorough understanding, knowledge, techniques essential for completion of the assigned task of all phases of the job right from commencement to the intimation via e-mail about visaed passports of my family members on 26th September 2014, by Canada High Commission, New Delhi.
Problem solving and decision making:
You has demonstrated ability to make sound and proper decisions by diagnosing the problem, analyzing the cause and resources to make recommendation and solutions. You always updated us on the latest developments taking place at CIC Nova Scotia, and at CHC New Delhi, which was really a tough time and without his sincere efforts and personal endeavor would never have been so easy.
Interpersonal skills/ Teamwork:
You has demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective and co-ordeal relationships. He has been very co-operative and flexible in handling the situations when there were lots of hurdles during the visa process period. As and when expert advice was needed or enquiries/ doubts, he would consult his team head and come out with formidable guidelines and solutions.
Self management skills:
You has displayed confidence and sound control while handling difficult situations, adaptability and flexibility when handling change.
