| It was very professional to interact with Carl. He explained each and every step and guided us well through it. The documentation required for each stage was listed out perfectly without any confusion and helped in clarifying the queries raised at each stage. Carl and Shravan were very friendly and always reachable to sort the confusions I had, at the right time. Though there was an problem during the submission of stage 1 documents by referring to a wrong skill assessment reference number, Carl was quick to find and rectify it and thus helped in re-submitting the documents to receive the EOI with no loss of time.
