Great experience with timely services by Y-Axis

Received my PR about two weeks ago. Y-Axis has again proved to me that it exists to satisfy its customers to the best of their capacity. I requested for Muhammad Imran for post ITA services because of my good pre-ITA experience. He is a thorough professional and helped me through all the queries. CIC called two separate requests after submitting all the documents. This panic state when I only had 7 days for each to resolve those queries was well guided by Muhammad Imran. His habit of double-checking the info he provides and having a grip of my case relieved my stress. One needs to understand how the consultancy works. One needs to stay on toes for the application which I believe is supposed to be, as it is going to be impacting applicant's life. Stating this, I had a great experience with timely services. The consultant allocated was extremely helpful and always reminded of the steps to be followed in the application process. Muhammad Imran was my consultant. He was always available over calls and emails. Even when his extension was busy, he always called back and replied to emails in time. One thing I admire about his work was.. when he was not sure about something, he would not give answers right away. He would seek clarity from his superiors and revert. This is very important today when there are consultancies who work only for money and take benefit of the naivety of customers.
