I Had A Few Glitches With My Earlier Process

I had a few glitches with my earlier process consultant when things were going extremely slow but my new process consultant Surekha picked up things as a priority. She was eager and proactive with solutions, kind of service you expect from the professionals. But my special mention will go to Prem Prakash in the Delhi office who picked my case when it was thoroughly messed up and gave it a new direction. He pushed me with right guidance and tools and managed to turn things around for me when everyone else was just telling me generic things. Whoever plans to apply through Y-Axis, he is the person I would suggest you get in touch with. He is very objective, honest, thorough and sharp enough to find quick solutions. Overall, my ride wasn't as smooth as I expected (given the huge fee they charge), but was decent.
