Extremely impressed with the way Y-Axis had provided their guidance & support until now on my AU visa process. All team members who I have been connected to have been very professional and knowledgeable. My initial connect was with Vishal Lazarus, who has been very good in explaining and on boarding us into the process. He helped clear many queries we had on the process. Post that Ali Asghar was appointed on my case and working with Ali has been an awesome experience. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and great person to work with. He has been continuously working with me on this process and he has very timely way of follow-up’s and providing updates via emails and phone. This is very much appreciated as you don’t need to keep track of all things when you know someone trustful is doing that for you.
