The experience we had with Y-Axis it’s just AMAZING, I would say mostly because of you?. The whole process of Australia PR Visa starting with the day I walked in to Y-Axis to this day was although a very long process (nothing to do from your end but the stringent visa rules of Australia) but I would say was all worth it with all the help that we got from your end. Although my application was dealt by many people (Madhumita, Tina and then you) but whenever I gave a call with regards to my application I never felt that I was talking to a new person.

I would like to mention your name here especially because of that Extra mile and Excellent customer service that you gave us which made our process a great experience. Every slightest doubt that struck mind I called you and enquired, but you without any hesitation answered all my doubts with serenity and also were as excited and happy as I was when I saw my grant letter. Thank you for all your support and help, I am sure with the customer service you have showed to us and probably even others will take you great places and give you all the success.
