It is because of you that I was completely satisfied with my application, when i went to courier the same. You have been very patient and positive, always. Your encouraging demeanor and confident-handling of every issue/task is commendable. Love you loads !!! To Poorna - You have been patient with all my queries and were always available for taking the same. Thanks for your constant guidance and support, on all occasions. You were meticulous with handling the details. Shailu and Poorna, i always felt like we were working as a team and somehow knew that the end result will be positive. But what is even more gratifying is the fact that i had an amazing journey also - while we were at the task. Three Cheers to an amazing team-effort !!!
