Initially I don’t have much confidence about Y-axis due to several complaints rolling on the internet. But, in my own experience, I never found even a single issue with your team till now. Mainly, I want to say a big thanks to Mr. Mohamed Habeeb, since he has lots of confidence and in-depth knowledge about immigration. Whenever, I approached him he gave lots of information about the immigration process. Most of the time, I use to ask silly questions but he never give up. He responds to my questions very carefully. Sometimes, I ask the same questions again and again but he repeatedly says the truth patiently. Really, he is an asset for the Y-axis. I am glad that I have chosen Y-axis because of the consultant Mr. Mohamed Habeeb. He was extremely attentive and he listened to all my questions with a great deal of patience.Few of my friends also tied up with Y-axis, but I felt he had a versatile knowledge about the process. Even If I ask information about other candidate (Friends) status, he use to respond the fact in a clear way. He was very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with especially Mohamed Habeeb and Shri Vidhya, were very knowledgeable about the process and seemed genuinely interested in helping me in the queries that met my needs rather than just being focused on closing my profile. Because of their efforts, I was able to come till Express entry, what I needed and I am very satisfied with the Y-axis approach. I will continue suggesting Y-axis to all my friends who is planning to fly in the future. You have put together a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued.
