I Greatly Appreciate the Services Provided by Y-Axis

OF late i greatly appreciate the services provided by Y-Axis. The current consultant in charge of my immigration process is quite helpful and displays a well appreciated focus and dedication toward his assignment.

I need to mention though that I was rather disappointed with the initial service provided during the early days of my registration with Y-Axis. There as a total lack of presence and communication. The previous consultant was not up to the task. Also, it took a while before Y-Axis took the initiative to work toward the improvement of the service they provide as a whole. I nearly felt like i had made the wrong move dealing with Y-Axis at the first place. Please keep up the good work you are currently doing.
