Explained The Entire Process In A Spic-n-span Manner

Review By:  Abhay Vijaykumar To be very frank, my experience with Y-Axis was really good and the process consultant Ms.Radha M(Assistant team lead-Australia) was very co-operative and apt for the role donned. Below are some of the qualities i noticed which are desirable in any process contultant -- which are in abundance with Radha -- 1. Co-operative - She explained the entire process in a spic-n-span manner to a first timer like me and cleared my doubts when ever asked. 2. Professional -- She doesnt get involved in any kind of discussions or loose talks other than what is needed -- very professional. 3. Pro-active -- She knows what the other person wants to ask and is the need of the hour. She proactively clarified most of my doubts which made my work more and more easier. 4. Communication skills -- Her communication skills are very apt and to-the-point . She knows how to convince and communicate with people and has the nack and technical know-how to get work done in a fast paced manner. 5. Behavioural aspects -- She's never arrogant and is calm all the time. On an overall note -- So far am happy with Radha's work and Y-Axis as such as they have assisted me time and again really well, except for 1-2 instances where Josaline(MG-Road, Y-Axis Blore) had screwed up some details of mine leading to stressful situations -- Hence 4 star. Otherwise thanks a lot Radha for all the support you have provided until now and expect the same till the end , as currently am in the stage where i have submitted my docs to the ACS.
