The Initial Process Went Very Well And Smooth

We were very apprehensive of spending a lot of money as we had heard a lot of bad things about how consultancies cheat people. To our surprise we were interacting with a very professional team who knew exactly what needs to be done. The initial process went very well and smooth and after we made the payment, we received the eligibility reports very fast. The team was very helpful in making us understand where we stand in our chances of getting a visa. We also had some difficult time in following up once we filed the ACS. We had to call multiple times to get some information. Then our case was taken up by Srilatha who went out of her way to help us. She would stay back late (a couple of times) when we needed her help to fill further forms and applications. Once Srilatha took up on our case, we have never been disappointed. She used to promptly reply to all our queries and was always available whenever we needed guidance. We are still awaiting the final result of our application but are really glad we took help from Y-Axis to guide us with their professional experience.
