After everything Lavina took over for Skill assessment. Believe me both Pallavi and Lavina, they talk very good and builds confidence and guided me in the fastest way and they respond very quick. Lavina responds and answers whatever silly questions also at any given time. She used to stay back for critical documentation. I can say both ladies had become friends to me during the process. I am very glad that I have cleared the main barricade of PR. Thanks to Y-axis especially Pallavi and Lavina.
