Letter of appreciation

This is to write letter of appreciation for Mr. Alex Andrews who is my process consultant for Norway job seeker visa. I would like to inform you that, I am in midst of receiving visa from Embassy of Norway, New Delhi. I am really indebted to efforts of Mr. Alex who in a much professional manner took up my case, even though I was cynical on getting job seeker visa for Norway. Mr. Andrews systematically organised my documentation and advised me telephonically or through email. He was cordial and professional in his communication and most important through with the process. Even when my visa was rejected on first instance, he motivated me to file for re-appeal and convinced me to go ahead once again. Also, word of thanks to Y Axis team too, includes Ms. Achira Biswas (Delhi) who convinced me to sign for Norway process with Y Axis. Without her efforts, I would have not thought of Norway at all.
