The whole process of Australia PR Visa starting with the day I walked in to Y-Axis to this day was although a very long process (nothing to do from your end but the stringent visa rules of Australia) but I would say was all worth it with all the help that we got from your end. Although my application was dealt by many people (Madhumita, Tina and then you) but whenever I gave a call with regards to my application I never felt that I was talking to a new person.
